Participating in the Program:
To receive discounts and incentives outlined in the Wave Membership program, you must become a member. Membership is open to you if you are an individual, you reside in Canada and you are of the age of majority in the province in which you reside.
You can become a member by (i) purchasing the membership online at canadianspacompany.ca (ii) purchasing over the phone by calling 1-877-909-7727.
Wave Membership holders qualify for free standard shipping across Canada on qualifying products purchased through canadianspacompany.ca. This includes regular priced and sale items, excluding portable, plug & play and 240V hot tubs, swim spas, gazebos, kitchen, saunas and factory restored product. A valid shipping address must be provided on checkout. Services including repair and delivery do not apply. Inclusions that are eligible for free shipping are determined solely by Canadian Spa Company and can change at any time. Please contact us with any questions regarding eligibility.
Wave Membership holders qualify to receive free return labels to ship back and refund approved product purchased from canadianspacompany.ca. Standard CSC return conditions apply; see online for more details. Returns only valid with Canadian Spa Company authorized RMA number. Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will not be refunded. Spas, Swim Spas, Saunas, Kitchen and factory restored items are final sale and cannot be returned. Installed parts such as control packs, circuit boards and pumps are final sale and cannot be returned. Refund eligibility and terms are set by Canadian Spa Company and can change at any time.
A 10% discount will be applied to your subtotal on qualifying regular priced items purchased through canadianspacompany.ca. Items excluded from this discount are spas, swim spas, saunas, bundles, subscriptions, factory restored product and services including repair and delivery. A 10% member discount can be combined with one additional promo code unless otherwise stated in promotion details.
Members can take advantage of discounts on transactions that occur after a membership is purchased. Discount cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to membership being activated.
Sales & Promotions:
Discounts and promotions advertised through the Wave Membership apply to purchases made directly with Canadian Spa Company. These discounts and promotions are not redeemable at any of our auhorized retailers or dealers. All sales and promotions are contingent on availability.
Membership Renewal and Cancellation
Memberships are active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon purchase, membership will be set to auto-renew annually. Members can update their profile, opt-out of auto renewal or cancel their membership by logging into their account on canadianspacompany.ca. A reminder will be emailed to members 10 days prior to renewal date. A membership can be cancelled at anytime but will not be refunded.

Please note: Your Wave membership will be attached to the email address associated with the account used when setting up the membership. Multiple accounts cannot be tied to one membership. To redeem member benefits, you must use the email address associated with your membership.
