How do I sign up for a membership?
Simply add the Wave membership to your cart and process your transaction through the checkout. You will need to be logged into your existing account or create a new account if you don’t already have one.
How soon after signing up can I take advantage of member benefits?
Your membership will activate immediately upon checkout. Once you complete your membership transaction, you can enjoy free shipping and 10% off your purchase as long as you are logged into your account.
How long does a membership last?
Your membership will be active for 12 months from the date of purchase. You will be prompted to renew your membership 10 days before it is set to expire.
Will I be automatically re-enrolled at the end of my membership cycle?
Your membership will automatically be set to renew at the end of the cycle. You can opt out of auto renewal in your account setting.
How do I get notified of additional member-exclusive offers?
