Sales Order Process
Vendor Number: 70001674
- Process as an In-store Special Order.
- Enter the Article Numbers found on the Hot Tub Lead Times page.
- On the ordering system, be sure to select the orange square, then click details.
- Select quantity and add to cart.
- Confirm customer details on Special Order are current and accurate (ie. phone number, address).
- Ensure Delivery Method set to "Dropship to customer" and not "Store pick-up".
- Once order is complete print out an extra copy of the sales order for the sales rep to ensure the customer's order is processed properly (Order process time of 24-48 hours).
- Once received, Canadian Spa Company will contact the customer to discuss delivery.
