Sales Order Process
Vendor Number: 1001242
- Process order as an In-Store Special Order.
- Enter the Article Numbers found on the sales worksheet.
- Ensure the Delivery Method is set to "Deliver to Customer" and not "Deliver to Store".
- Confirm customer details on Special Order are current and accurate (ie, phone number, address).
- Once the order is complete, print out an extra copy of the sales order for the sales rep to ensure the customer's order is processed properly (Order process time of 24-48 hours).
- Once received, Canadian Spa Company will contact the customer to discuss delivery.
